What is individual counselling?

It is a collaborative process in which difficulties, recurring patterns, needs and personal resources are explored with a specialist. Scope and goals are agreed during the initial sessions.

Working approach

Schema therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and solution-focused methods may be integrated according to individual needs.

Session format

Following suitability assessment, sessions may be held in person in Çankaya, Ankara or online. Frequency, duration, confidentiality and cancellation terms are explained in advance.
